From the very beginning Dr Shahmalak has been extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. He took time to listen to me, my situation and how my hair loss made me feel. From the very first appointment, it was clear how the day of surgery would go and what to expect.

On the day of surgery I was made to feel very comfortable and was looked after very well, which made me feel very relaxed. Dr Shahmalak and his team were very friendly and easy to talk to, which made me enjoy being there. Everybody I met at Crown Clinic was lovely. The aftercare was extremely clear on what to do in the days and weeks after surgery and explained to me very well.

I would highly recommend Crown Clinic to anybody thinking of getting a hair transplant.

Excellent communication and customer service. Unlike many other clinics you meet your surgeon at the initial consultation. And they don’t charge for this unlike some other clinics. A game changer! The Doc puts you at ease and gives you full confidence from the start. His team in clinic are all very friendly and kept me entertained all day. I’m only day 1 post-op, so I don’t know the long term results but even after 1 day I feel fine and the healing process has began!

Yes, it is more expensive. But I tried the cheaper option and frankly, it really didn’t impress. If you care enough to invest in this procedure, I would strongly recommend that you pay the additional amount and have a far better experience, which is more likely to achieve the result you’re looking to achieve.

From my initial consultation with Mr Shahmalak and Afshan I was instantly impressed and at ease. I knew this clinic and people would be perfect for me. Once I ‘took the plunge’ and booked in my transplant the communication was excellent. On the day of the operation Mr Shahmalak immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease, and his staff. Facilities were fantastic, excellent drinks, snacks and lunch, I even managed to watch Netflix!

I would 100% recommend Crown Clinic to anyone thinking about hair transplant, why would you ‘cut corners’ in Turkey when you have a ‘5 star service’ in the UK.
