Following a prompt, professional and informative consultation at Harley Street, I was immediately given the confidence to book my 3000 FUT procedure with the Cosma Clinic. Being able to have the consultation with Mr Shahmalak was important to me as other clinics were only offering consultations with a patient coordinator.
The professionalism of Afshan (the patient coordinator) also put me at ease once the procedure was booked, answering any questions that I had. On the day of the procedure, I was a little nervous but was put completely at ease by the friendly, caring & professional nature of the girls at Crown Cosma Clinic. Mr Shahmalak took me through the whole procedure beforehand and checked to see if I had any final questions. From here on in the girls and Mr Shahmalak took very good care of me checking at all times that I was in no pain or discomfort. Breaks and lunch were all timetabled where food and drink were all arranged in my private room.
Mr Shahmalak and his team of girls were as attentive, friendly and professional at the end of the day as they were when I arrived, even after the 7-hour procedure.
The clinic is modern and spotlessly clean with a professional and friendly atmosphere and I would have no hesitation in returning for a second procedure. A special mention to Rosa who’s humour kept me smiling even during the procedure. i am now on day 4 after the procedure. I have had no swelling, bruising and only mild discomfort rather than pain. I am very pleased with the results so far.

I would like to express my utmost thanks and gratitude to all of the staff at Crown Cosma Clinic. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.
From the moment I contacted to enquire about the procedure, the staff were informative and knowledgeable and quickly addressed any concerns I had. Afshan was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable at all times. My initial consultation was nerve-wracking for me, but any concerns were quickly put to rest by Dr Shahmalak – he is an amazingly compassionate and empathetic man and I had complete faith in him from the moment I met him.
After meeting him, there was only ever one place I was going to have this procedure done.
The surgery was pain free and the girls who work with Dr Shahmalak are also amazingly friendly and professional. I was so relaxed throughout the procedure because of the friendliness and conversation of the staff.
The facilities at the clinic were exemplary and could not be faulted.
10 days after the procedure, I returned to see Dr Shahmalak, who of course, was his amazingly friendly welcoming self – and professional at all times.
I cannot fault the service that I received – it was fantastic and now I look forward to seeing the results. I left the clinic assured that I could contact the staff at any time and they would answer any questions that I may have.

My surgery was done on 18th March Monday. The overall experience with Crown Cosma Clinic was excellent. On the day when I entered the clinic – the welcome I got was wonderful – Doctor and everyone else were wonderful. I was asked about my good breakfast – very relaxed – when the treatment started I was really worried about my neck but guess what? They made me so comfortable that I forgot my pain and throughout the treatment was very comfortable. The surgeon was fantastic. He made me very comfortable – teas, coffees, lunches were excellent – seriously I will recommend any one to go for this treatment with the surgeon + staff.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent way that my hair transplant was undertaken. Following my in depth consultation that fully explained the procedure and the estimate of the rafts that would be transferred and re-planted I became very excited and looked forward to the procedure without any fear whatsoever. The procedure was undertaken only two weeks after my consultation and was a mostly painless operation. The team of ladies that separated and planted the 2547 grafts were fast and efficient and worked as a real close team. I was given short breaks, lunch, coffee, fruit juice and chocolate to keep up my energy levels during the procedure. The very detailed post treatment instructions were an excellent guide and enabled me to make a speedy recovery.
In conclusion, I can truly say that the final outcome has surpassed my expectations and it has been a pleasure to pay Doctor Shahmalak for his excellent surgery.

Obviously I was nervous about the eyebrow transplant but the team at Cosma Clinic put me at ease from the moment I arrived. It was a welcoming and comfortable environment and everyone was so friendly. Apart from a bit of discomfort, I enjoyed myself!
It’s amazing having eyebrows back again. I am waiting with anticipation for the final result in a few months but so far so good. Thank you to everyone for a good experience – lots of friendly faces made all the difference. I would definitely recommend the clinic to others.
