From my initial consultation with Mr Shahmalak and Afshan I was instantly impressed and at ease. I knew this clinic and people would be perfect for me. Once I ‘took the plunge’ and booked in my transplant the communication was excellent. On the day of the operation Mr Shahmalak immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease, and his staff. Facilities were fantastic, excellent drinks, snacks and lunch, I even managed to watch Netflix!
I would 100% recommend Crown Clinic to anyone thinking about hair transplant, why would you ‘cut corners’ in Turkey when you have a ‘5 star service’ in the UK.

I cannot emphasise enough how incredibly friendly and kind the staff were. I found some of the procedure painful but the staff were so caring during those periods and made sure I didn’t feel alone. Their hospitality was absolutely fantastic.
One year on, I have eyebrows. I wear product (browstyling soap) to keep it flat and a small area of scarring that I put make up on, but I am so pleased with the result. I look a different person altogether.

Overall, I had a great experience with Crown Clinic. My initial consultation was arranged very quickly and easily over the phone, and Dr Shahmalak was very informative but also honest as to set realistic treatment expectations. His team was on hand via phone and email over the next weeks to ensure any queries were answered promptly and in detail. Afshan in particular is very helpful. The surgery was arranged with ease and was itself completely professional and efficient. All of Dr Shahmalak’s team were so friendly and helpful during the surgery, they really help put you at ease. Aftercare was explained in detail and a courtesy call 3 days post-surgery was very helpful. Dr Shahmalak and his team are always willing to help.

Following my retirement as Theatre Sister I decided that the time had finally come to look into Hair Restoration. My hair had become very fine and thin following the birth of my daughter 12 years ago, and although I hoped that it would improve with time, it never did. After a thorough search of all the many clinics available and reading countless reviews, I was drawn to the Crown Clinic.
Mr Shahmalak was extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable and highly skilled in his profession, allaying any fears or concerns that I had. The treatment that I received from start to finish was first class. Everyone was very professional, respectful and friendly, which certainly made me feel at ease, nothing was too much trouble. The Pre and post Operative Instructions were thorough and concise, the 24-hour telephone aftercare service for any concerns post-operatively was also very reassuring to have. I am now day 12 following my surgery and am so relieved that I chose Crown Clinic.
