When I first met Dr Shahmalak for an initial consultation I knew that I had found the surgeon I wanted to carry out my hair transplant. I had previously had a consultation at another clinic but I had not been inspired with the same confidence. From start to finish, my experience with Crown Clinic, has been second to none. From my initial contact to my procedure.
I did a lot of research into hair transplant before I decided on C.C. I knew this would be a once in a lifetime for me, I wanted it right from the start.
I cannot praise the team enough. Everything was explained to me, I had the space and time to ask all the questions I needed. At my 1st appointment. I booked my procedure date there & then. I had already decided I was going with this clinic. (My only fear was I would not be suitable).
Once booked I received follow up e-mails and calls asking if I had any questions, or concerns.
On the day of my procedure Mr Shahmalak and his team, made me feel so at ease. They talked me through each stage. Constantly asked how I was. I never felt this was just part of their job. They were completely genuine in their care and concern.

Dr Shahmalak lived up to the reputation he has as an experienced surgeon. The first consultation was excellent and comfortable for me. The whole team were outstanding throughout my experience. From my seven years NHS experience I can tell the whole clinic is run to a high standard, with the patients’ wellbeing at the core of this. Any trepidation I had leading up to surgery day was settled instantly with how at ease all staff were throughout the day. If you are thinking of surgery or even just wanting to see what your options are, I highly recommend Dr Shahmalak and his team for a no less than perfect experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Shahmalak and his team at the Crown Clinic. Having previously had a FUT procedure at a different clinic in 2016, my FUE at the Crown demonstrates how professional an outfit they are. The doctor is knowledgeable and his relaxed and good humoured demeanour enables the process smooth and it is clear you are in good (the best) hands.
The clinic I beautifully spotless and the entire procedure, from consultation to after-care has been perfectly communicated and I cannot recommend the Crown strongly enough (especially when compared to other providers).
